You may cancel your Playmaker subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until that date.
Match and event bookings may be cancelled subject to the following notice requirements:
Tournament entry fees are non-refundable once registration has closed or the tournament has commenced. If a tournament is cancelled by Playmaker, a full refund will be issued automatically.
Merchandise orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, our Refund Policy applies for returns.

In the event that Playmaker must cancel a service, event, or tournament, affected users will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
