We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard) within 7–14 business days, depending on your card issuer's processing time. We do not issue refunds via alternative payment methods.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
