1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Playmaker Football Academy platform, mobile application, or any associated services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Service. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You may not impersonate any person or entity.
• You may not interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@playmaker.jo of any unauthorised use.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

All purchases made through the Service are processed via our authorised payment gateway. Prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless otherwise stated. By submitting a payment, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

• Payments are processed securely via MEPS-certified channels.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Playmaker Football Academy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playmaker Football Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Jordanian courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
