Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Jordanian public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through our courier partner's website.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will leave a notification. If the parcel is not collected within the holding period, it will be returned to us. In this case, re-delivery charges may apply. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
